1. Introduction

2. Definitions

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on nanas777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may register only one (1) account on nanas777. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to maintain and update this information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. nanas777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. You agree to notify nanas777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

nanas777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5. Deposits & Payments

nanas777 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods available to Malaysian players:

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency). nanas777 does not impose a maximum deposit limit; however, enhanced due diligence may be triggered for large single deposits at nanas777's discretion.

All deposits are credited to your account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. nanas777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed within an average of five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution's clearing schedules, particularly during public holidays observed in Malaysia.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the account, or to a verified bank account in the Player's name. nanas777 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Players must have completed KYC verification before withdrawals above RM 500 will be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts below the threshold may be subject to additional manual review at nanas777's discretion.

• Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to maximum cash-out limits as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• nanas777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud indicators are detected.
• Any withdrawal request found to be associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms will be declined and the account suspended pending investigation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on nanas777:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. • Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is RM 250–RM 500 as specified per promotion. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is in play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. 8. Gameplay Rules

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nanas777 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account with or without their consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players or with nanas777 staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through or in connection with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any Player who identifies a technical error is required to cease play and report the issue to support immediately.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after placing wagers. Any chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for funds already withdrawn.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPN, proxy services, or other means of IP obfuscation.

10. KYC & Verification

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• The Player's account being accessed from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account termination, any real-money funds remaining in the account — after deduction of any amounts subject to investigation — will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the nanas777 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nanas777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit nanas777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the nanas777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of nanas777 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of nanas777.

15. Amendments to These Terms

nanas777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, nanas777 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material changes — such as typographical corrections or formatting updates — may be made without notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at nanas777.cam/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which nanas777 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under nanas777's regulatory framework.
